I like the low price but for full coverage it almost triples the price! Also, an online payment ends up being way more because of fees. 😕
I really appreciate the great quality insurance they offer. I am only going to leave 3 stars tho just because the two women that work both desks are pretty unprofessional & rude. It is also difficult to reach them through phone, no one ever answers. In conclusion tho, I like the service here.
It was a five-star review until Tom became very rude and disrespectful to me because he wasn't listening. At the end of the day because myself and another person has the same name. He gets an attitude and snatches his glasses off and blow his breath, like someone did something to him. I will be taking my service elsewhere I do not appreciate the way the situation was conducted. I should have called the police.
Does anyone actually answer the phone at your business? Ive called 12 times today to get a quote and it doesn't ring at all, a recording comes on right away and tells you that they are busy and to try again later. And you can't even leave an voicemail, and then it hangs up on you! Must be the busiest insurance company ive come across!! But somehow yall have great reviews and I wanted to see what all of the fuss is about, guess I won't get to...
